Welcome to the Coop Gym mobile app. When many people think of a “gym,” negative feelings creep in: images of intimidating bodybuilders, judgmental staff, a sense of isolation, a dread of unreachable goals. It makes some people quit – and even more who never even start. We’re not a “gym” in that sense.

We’re very diverse in ages, in fitness, in goals. We do share one positive attitude that makes our “coop” a community: all of us are rooting for all of us. Come in for a tour to see for yourself.No competition. No intimidation. A cooperative and supportive atmosphere.
